Here are all the audiograms I have. A line in each horizontal area of the audiogram corresponds to the following categories of hearing loss.
Apparently it is very unusual to have this type of extreme hearing fluctuations. I’d love to hear from anyone else who has anything remotely similar to this.
Hey, good to see you posting again, though unfortunate that it’s on these terms.
I’m certainly not an expert, but I’ve heard those fluctuations are far outside the norm. I’ve stayed pretty consistent with my loss from unknown causes, so I wish I could help out, but I’ve got nothing other than my best wishes for an answer for you.
I’m so sorry to read about your severe symptoms. After an ear infection, I have developed tinnitus and after two years, I have started to have some mild dizziness episodes when my tinnitus spikes. I have a feeling there’s something getting progressively worse.
I have read your other blog posts. It is very insightful. There needs to be more education and awareness with hearing problems and its devastating effects on us.
Thanks so much. It took me a long time to understand what’s at the heart of these sudden hearing loss events, but now I do I work as a kinesiologist helping people to get to the underlying issues so that the symptoms don’t get worse. These things are largely bacterial or viral.
I’ve been following the MM lifestyle for around 4 years now and am also helping others with their illnesses and symptoms using kinesiology and other therapeutic techniques – helping them determine what supplements, diet changes and herbs are needed for their healing along with emotional support work (www.candiceluper.com). I have found the MM information to be life-changing in that now we have more knowledge about what is at the heart of our symptoms and complaints and what to do to heal. I have seen so many symptoms clear up and so many wonderful results with my clients, and others on the MM lifestyle, that I don’t think anything could change my mind about it. In years of studying other peoples natural healing approaches, no-one else’s information led to real change like the MM info.
My hearing hasn’t dropped for a while now and I feel like it stays stable as long as I broadly stick to the lifestyle. Same with the tinnitus. I’m still dealing with thyroid issues and bloating (but I admit to being lazy in some areas and putting more effort into helping clients than focusing on myself now that my issues are less acute).
I definitely recommend MM and I’m available to support you if you need specific personalised guidance.
Best wishes, Candice
